SMS Recording

SMS will only be recorded as defined by the Operation Mode you are using.

Recording and storing text messages may be crucial in providing evidence that a particular agreement or decision was made.

We recommend that SMS only be used to confirm agreements that were made or for simple questions that only require a short confirmation from the receiving party.

When negotaiting an agreement talk to the other party and only use an SMS to confirm that agreement.

By recording your SMS you can substantiate that you sent a message and at what time. This is very helpful as delivery of SMS can be delayed due to network traffic.

By recording all the communication and storing it OpenBook can be used to identify why a problem occurred or even better stop it from happening again.
