Operation Modes

OpenBook can be used in 3 distinct modes depending on your particular circumstances.

All "private" numbers will be recorded by default.

• WatchList

  WatchList is the default setting used when you install the application onto your phone. A WatchList is typically used for Family Law or any Legal Matter.

• FriendsList

  FriendsList is commonly used for Child Safety.

  Only communication not on the FriendsList will be recorded.

• All

  ALL COMMUNICATION WILL BE RECORDED

  All, can be used for any situation. This setting can be used to create your own SMS gateway, like a premium SMS service but with minimal set up costs. Additional data cost may be applied for commercial users.
