Normal Data Retention: Data will remain on the Patronus Secure Server for a
minimum period of six months. Each six months your data will be backed up to
DVD and posted to your registered address for your storage. Data will be
supplied to Users on a DVD at a cost of $25 per DVD.
Extended Data Retention: Should you wish to have your data held on secure
storage devices in excess of the minimum six month period you should contact
support@patronusmobile.com.au to discuss your requirements. There may be
additional service charges attaching to your secure storage requirements.
Regular back up of your message data will also be performed by our system
administrators to ensure your data is safe.
